Is TraderWay AI Agent a chatbot? +

It includes an assistant, but the wider AI Agent add-on is bigger than chat. It includes configurable agents, recommendations, draft messages, approval rules and run history.

Will it send messages automatically? +

The default workflow is draft-first. Dealers review and approve messages before sending. Trusted auto-send can be configured only when the dealer chooses to use it.

What can the AI Agent look at? +

It can work with TraderWay data such as stock, enquiries, subscribers, reservations, invoices, valuations, contacts and calendar activity.

How much does AI Agent cost? +

The AI Agent add-on is planned at £29 per month. Dealers can enable it free during their trial, then it is billed with their selected TraderWay subscription after the trial.

Do dealers need to write prompts from scratch? +

No. TraderWay provides templates and a setup flow so dealers can choose a goal, audience, tone, schedule and approval mode without becoming prompt engineers.

Can I start free? +

Yes. TraderWay currently offers full Business access free for 6 months before the paid plan starts. Annual billing gives dealers 2 months free after the trial.

Can I keep my existing dealer domain? +
